Multimedia Collective Hora Est

The Multimedia Collective Hora Est was founded in 2008 by Sjoerd-Jeroen Moenandar. It is currently on hiatus, but can still be approached for the development of multimedia productions by using the contact form om the left. Between 2008 and 2012, the collective created increasingly ambitious multimedia productions and performed at large festivals in the north of the Netherlands such as Noorderzon and Terug naar het begin. Its shows combined different art disciplines such as theatre, video art, poetry and comics.

Although Hora Est collaborated with different people for different shows, it had three core members: Kristin McGee (musical director), Sjoerd-Jeroen Moenandar (creative producer) and Bram Staats (sound producer).

Projects

Over the years, Hora Est has performed four shows: "Ibn 'Arabi's 'Yes and No'" (2008); "The Æsir - A Westbound Journey" (2009); "Sweet and Cruel. The Love of Hadewych and Arabi" (2010); and "To Hear Without Ears, To See Without Eyes - The Dewa Ruci" (2011). Alongside these shows, the multimedia collective produced books, DVDs and CDs.
